4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active and ready to use within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s official website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that our free shipping policy does not cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
